Terms and Conditions

Payment

When you book in for a whole term of one of our early childhood music programs, Tweedle offers flexible payment options to suit your family’s budget. It’s up to you! You can either elect to pay for the whole term upfront, in one transaction on or before you first session date OR you can elect to pay the invoice off in 10 equal, weekly installments via a Direct Debit payment plan using our payment portal powered by ‘Pinch’ (a nominal fee for this service will be charged by ‘Pinch’). Please note that should your circumstances change and you can no longer attend our program, you will continue to be responsible for paying your installments until the invoice is paid in full, as enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis. If you do not agree to this, then you will need to book in for casual sessions at our full rate (not our discounted term rate).

If you have completed a ‘Pinch’ Pre-Approval Direct Debit Authority and you decide to cancel your term’s enrolment prior to the term commencing, we will happily cancel any upcoming debits and cancel your enrolment, as per your request by email.

If you miss a session, you may make it up anytime throughout the term including in the holidays (if we run extra classes). You can move days and times if needs be during the term, provided there is an available vacancy.

By booking in for the whole term you enjoy a discounted term rate as compared to our casual attendance rate. This is a discount acknowledging your commitment to attend for the entire term.

To book a makeup lesson please check out our class timetable (here) and email us to let us know what day, time and location you would like to attend instead. We will do our best to organise this for you. Please note that makeup classes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

You can join a group at any time during the term and will be charged a pro rata fee. Please contact us for a unique code to enter at the checkout to enable the prorated fee.

All places are non-refundable

Please note there are no refunds or a credit for the following term if you miss a class, but we will do our very best to get you in to a makeup lesson if and when possible.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, go on a holiday, return to work or are unable to attend your sessions. When you make a Term Booking we hold your place for the whole term. If you know you will be traveling or returning to work we offer casual rates (if spaces are available) so that you  only book in and pay for the amount of sessions you wish to attend (payment plans do not apply for casual attendance and Tweedle’s full rate applies).

Families discount

Family rates are applicable for registering two or more siblings over 12months of age for a Term Booking.

Trial and Casual Sessions

You can also register for one free Trial session if you are new to Tweedle and have not previously attended one of our groups. One Free Trial per customer, per child. Once you have completed your Free Trial we require you to register for a Term Booking or purchase a Casual ticket to continue attending.

Cancellation Policy

Tweedle reserves the right to cancel music sessions, due to abnormal extremes of weather, road closures, emergency incidents or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In this instance, a make-up session will be offered and if this does not suit, a refund for the cancelled session will be offered.

If we need to cancel music sessions due to illness, injury or the unforeseen unavailability of a staff member, we will notify as soon as we can via text message and advise you of any make-up sessions we are offering. If a make up session does not suit you, a refund or credit will be offered.

Illness and Safety Policy

While Tweedle takes all due care, you acknowledge that Tweedle takes no responsibility for personal loss or injury sustained during Tweedle sessions. You remain responsible for the safety of yourself and your child/ren, relinquishing Tweedle of any liability. You warrant that the child/ren in your care will not attend if they are unwell, including communicable, contagious or notifiable illnesses. We cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness.

Videos, photographs and confidentiality

From time to time Tweedle may take photos or videos of music sessions to support the ongoing development of our program. This material may also be used in the marketing and advertising of Tweedle services. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, videoed or for their image to be used in marketing, it is your responsibility to let your session leader know.

By registering with Tweedle, you acknowledge that Twedle may use your contact information to send you newsletters and information regarding Tweedle products and services. You acknowledge that you will receive communications from our office team regarding your booking in addition to our quarterly newsletter. Both can be independently opted-out of.

Online sessions

By registering for a session delivered online, via the videoconferencing app, Zoom, you do so knowing that, while Tweedle takes due care by requiring all participants to complete a set of registration questions and by contacting each new participant by telephone, not previously known to Tweedle, you participate at your own risk. You acknowledge that, if your video option is enabled, you are visible to all participants.

Tweedle is not responsible for the sound quality, video quality or internet connection you experience in your own home and will not issue a refund should you change your mind due to any of these factors.
